Who we are
This policy is issued by FITHUB, Al Dhait North, Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum Street, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. We are responsible for the personal data you share with us on this site and at the club. To reach us about your data: email [email protected] or WhatsApp +971 58 888 1230.
What we collect
When you book a free class or contact us: the parent’s name and phone number, your email if you add it, the academy you are interested in, your child’s age, and any message you write.
When a child joins an academy: the child’s name and date of birth, the parent’s contact details, the package bought, payments, attendance, kit sizes, and any health note a parent chooses to tell us for the child’s safety.
When you use the club app: the parent’s phone number, and attendance when the check-in code is scanned.
Children’s data
We collect children’s data only from a parent or guardian, with their consent. If you are under 18, please ask a parent to contact us for you.
We do not send marketing to children, and we use their data only to coach them, keep them safe and run their membership.
We do not publish photos or videos of a child on this site or on social media without a parent’s consent. A parent can withdraw that consent at any time and we will take them down.
Why we use it
To contact you and arrange the free class; to run enrolment, classes and attendance; to invoice and take payment; to keep children safe while they train; and to tell you about your child’s membership. We never sell or rent your data.
Who sees it
Only club staff who need it for their work, and the technology providers who host our systems and are bound to protect it.
If you message us on WhatsApp, the message passes through WhatsApp. If you pay online, your payment details are handled by the payment provider directly; we do not keep your card details.
We use Google Analytics to count visits to this site and see which pages are read. It does not include your name or phone number.
The contact page shows a Google Maps map, which is covered by Google’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years if a child does not join. Member records are kept while the membership lasts, then for as long as UAE law requires financial records to be kept, and then deleted.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, or withdraw your consent. Contact us on email [email protected] or WhatsApp +971 58 888 1230 and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office.
Keeping it safe
Data is kept in systems protected by passwords and permissions, access is limited to the staff who need it, and the site and app use encrypted connections.
